1. Data Collected by Advertising Partners

Let's Dance Robot v1.2 includes the following ad SDKs: Mediavine, Google Mobile Ads, and the consentmanager.net consent SDK. When ads load, these SDKs may collect or receive:

• Advertising Identifier (IDFA): a per-device identifier provided by iOS. Only available when you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. Linked to you, used for tracking, and shared with our advertising partners for personalized advertising.
• Advertising Data: ad impressions, click events, and the ad context (which screen, which ad slot). Linked to you, used for tracking, shared with advertising partners.
• Product Interaction Events: in-app navigation events that the ad stack correlates with ad opportunities, such as opening a new dance or entering a screen that triggers an interstitial. Not linked to your identity. Used by our advertising and analytics partners.
• Diagnostic Data: SDK-level error and performance signals, not linked to you. Used to keep ad serving healthy.
• Coarse Location: derived from your IP address by the ad SDKs, not from GPS. Not linked to your identity. Used for ad geo-targeting.

This list mirrors the app's PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest exactly. If you discover a discrepancy between what the app does and what's listed here, please email us at the address below — we will treat that as a bug.

2. Where Your Data Goes

The advertising stack contacts the following domains for tracking purposes:

• Google ad infrastructure: googleads.g.doubleclick.net, securepubads.g.doubleclick.net, pagead2.googlesyndication.com, googletagservices.com, googleadservices.com, googlesyndication.com, doubleclick.net
• consentmanager.net: consentmanager.net, delivery.consentmanager.net
• Mediavine: mediavine.com

If you deny ATT permission, traffic to these domains is limited to non-tracking ad delivery (non-personalized ads). The app will still work and ads will still load.

3. App Tracking Transparency

Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework gives you control over whether apps can track you across other companies' apps and websites.

When the prompt appears: the first time you enter Classic Mode in v1.2. We delay the prompt past the launch screen so you have context for what's being asked rather than getting an unfamiliar dialog on first launch.

What each choice does:

• "Allow": the IDFA becomes available to our ad partners, ads are personalized, and the app earns slightly more per impression. The app's behavior is otherwise unchanged.
• "Ask App Not to Track": the IDFA stays masked, ads are non-personalized, and tracking traffic to the domains in section 2 is limited. The app's behavior is otherwise unchanged.

You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You may also disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track" globally to skip the prompt entirely; in that case the app behaves as if you tapped "Ask App Not to Track".

4. What Stays on Your Device

The only piece of information v1.2 persists locally is:

• Your robot's name (up to 10 characters)

It is stored via Apple's per-app UserDefaults (declared in our manifest with API reason CA92.1). It:

• ✅ Stays on your device only
• ✅ Is never sent to our servers (we don't run any) and is never sent to ad partners
• ✅ Is deleted when you uninstall the app

Your current dance, playback speed, and volume settings live only in memory for the session and are discarded when the app closes.

5. Device Permissions

v1.2 uses the following device features:

• Motion Sensors: to detect a phone shake (Classic Mode shuffles to a new dance) and to drive Live Mode's tilt-to-lean reaction
• Audio Playback: for music and voice synthesis (audio files ship inside the app; no streaming)
• Haptic Feedback: for tactile feedback on tap, swipe, and long-press

v1.2 does not request access to your microphone, camera, photo library, location services (GPS), contacts, calendar, or health data.

6. Age and Audience

Let's Dance Robot is rated 12+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, and the third-party ad SDKs we use are configured for a general audience. The app is not directed at children under 13 within the meaning of COPPA.

7. Internet Connection

v1.2 requires an internet connection in order to load ads. The dance animations, music, and voice synthesis themselves work offline — the network is only used by the ad SDKs.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Because v1.2 doesn't run any servers of its own, there's no data on our side to access, correct, or delete. The data flowing through the ad SDKs is governed by the third parties' privacy policies, linked in section 9.

Your concrete choices are:

• Deny ATT permission to limit cross-app tracking
• Reset or limit your IDFA in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Stay on an older version of the app from your purchase history if you do not want any v1.2 disclosures to apply
• Delete the app to remove the locally stored robot name and stop any further ad requests

9. Third-Party Privacy Policies

The following partners receive data from the v1.2 build. Each governs the data it receives under its own privacy policy:

10. App Store Data

If you download Let's Dance Robot from the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain information about your purchase under its own privacy policy. That data goes to Apple, not to us.

11. Changes to This Policy

This URL is pinned to v1.2 of the app. If we change the SDK mix, the data collected, or the tracking domains, we will ship those changes as a new app version with its own dedicated privacy policy URL (for example /letsdancerobot/v1.3/privacy) and update App Store Connect's Privacy Policy URL to match. The disclosures on this page will not be retroactively rewritten.
