Let's Dance Robot · v2.1

Last Updated: September 25, 2026  |  Effective: September 25, 2026  |  App Version: 2.1

Quick Summary: Let's Dance Robot is free and ad-supported. Our advertising partners use data about your device and the ads you see to choose and measure ads. Under some US state privacy laws, that can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — you can opt out at any time with Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of the app's home screen. Where the law requires it (for example the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), a consent prompt appears before personalized ads load. We do not run our own servers, do not have user accounts, and never receive your data ourselves. Your robot and game progress stay on your device.

1. Data Collected by Advertising Partners

Let's Dance Robot v2.1 includes the Mediavine SDK, Google Mobile Ads, and the consentmanager.net consent SDK. The Mediavine SDK also includes Optable, an audience component that produces targeting signals for ad auctions; Optable only runs when you have given consent (see section 3).

When ads load, these SDKs may collect or receive:

This list mirrors the app's PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest. If something the app does doesn't match this page, please email us — we treat that as a bug.

2. Where Your Data Goes

The advertising stack contacts these domains:

If you opt out or decline consent, traffic to these domains is limited to non-personalized ad delivery. The app still works and ads still load.

3. Your Privacy Choices and Consent

The app uses consentmanager.net, a Consent Management Platform that records your choices in the industry-standard IAB formats (TCF for Europe, GPP for US states) so every ad partner receives them.

The consent screen lists standard purposes defined by the IAB framework, including ones (such as precise geolocation) that this app does not use: the app never requests location permission and has no access to GPS.

4. App Tracking Transparency

The first time you enter Classic Mode or Live Mode, iOS asks whether you allow tracking. "Allow" makes the IDFA available to ad partners for personalized ads; "Ask App Not to Track" keeps it masked. Either way the app works the same. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Tracking permission and the consent choices in section 3 are separate: declining either one limits personalization.

5. What Stays on Your Device

The app saves the following in Apple's per-app UserDefaults storage (manifest reason CA92.1):

This data stays on your device, is never sent to us (we don't run servers), and is deleted when you uninstall the app. Your robot's name and game progress are not sent to ad partners.

6. Game Center (Optional)

If you are signed in to Game Center, the app submits your total crash points and your best fling to Apple's Game Center leaderboards, where other players can see them next to your Game Center nickname. This is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we only see the public leaderboard. If you're not signed in, nothing is submitted.

7. Device Permissions

v2.1 uses motion sensors (shake and tilt reactions), audio playback (music and voice ship inside the app), and haptic feedback. It does not request your microphone, camera, photo library, location services, contacts, calendar, or health data.

8. Age and Audience

Let's Dance Robot is rated 12+ on the App Store and is not directed at children under 13 within the meaning of COPPA. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, and the ad SDKs are configured for a general audience.

9. Your Rights

Because we run no servers, we hold no data about you to access, correct, or delete. Your practical choices are:

Data held by our advertising partners is governed by their policies below; you can exercise rights with them directly.

11. Changes to This Policy

This URL is pinned to v2.1 of the app. If a later version changes what is collected or who receives it, that version gets its own policy URL and App Store Connect is updated to match. This page will not be rewritten retroactively.
