Unearth · v1.0
Last Updated: September 1, 2026 | Effective: September 1, 2026 | App Version: 1.0
None. Unearth v1.0 does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. It has no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party trackers of any kind. This page has no list of advertising partners or tracking domains because there are none.
Apple's App Store privacy label for this version reads “Data Not Collected,” and the app's PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest declares no tracking and no data linked to you. If you ever find the app doing something that contradicts this, please email us at the address below — we will treat that as a bug.
Unearth saves two things, both stored locally through Apple's own on-device mechanisms and never sent anywhere:
UserDefaults (declared in our manifest with required-reason API code CA92.1, "access to information from the app itself").Both of these:
There is no sign-in, no profile, and no cloud. Unearth has no backend of its own. Nothing you do in the app is reported to us or to any third party.
Unearth v1.0 uses only these device features, and none of them involve collecting or transmitting data:
Unearth does not request access to your microphone, camera, photo library, location services, contacts, calendar, health data, or the network. It does not use your device's advertising identifier and never shows an App Tracking Transparency prompt, because it does no tracking.
Unearth honors your system Reduce Motion setting: when it's on, the pot's idle drift is calmed. This preference is read from iOS at runtime and is never stored or transmitted.
Unearth is a calm, non-violent game and is rated 13+ on the App Store. Because we collect no data at all, we collect none from children.
This URL is pinned to v1.0 of the app. If a future version adds anything that collects or shares data — for example, if advertising is ever introduced — that version will ship with its own dedicated privacy policy URL (for example /unearth/v1.1/privacy) and App Store Connect's Privacy Policy URL will be updated to match. The disclosures on this page will not be retroactively rewritten, so the promise made to the v1.0 build stays true for anyone still running it.
Questions about this policy, or about something the app does that doesn't match what's described here?
